2. Service Description

BetterCV is an AI-powered CV/resume builder that helps users create professional, ATS-optimized resumes. We offer free and premium tiers.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service

4. Free & Premium Plans

• Free: 1 CV, 1 PDF export, basic AI assistance
• Premium ($9/month): Unlimited CVs, exports, advanced AI features

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via LemonSqueezy. You can cancel anytime from your settings page. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the CV content you create. BetterCV retains rights to the platform, templates, and AI-generated suggestions.

7. Prohibited Use

• Creating fraudulent or misleading CVs
• Automated scraping or bulk access
• Reselling the service without authorization

8. Limitation of Liability

BetterCV is provided "as is". We are not liable for job application outcomes, ATS scoring accuracy, or AI-generated content. Use your judgment when reviewing AI suggestions.
